TRANSFORMATIONS​S

When looking to transform your physique and go through a total body recomposition, you need just one thing, commitment. It’s going to be a mental challenge as well as a physical one. I will not sugar coat the process because it takes resilience and serious work. The transformation plan isn’t for the faint hearted, but if you have the discipline to consistently work hard, then this is for you.

I know how to get you in great shape, but without your complete trust and desire to push yourself to your limit, that won’t happen. Work hard, trust the process and the results will come.
THE CURVE COACH LIFESTYLE
LIFESTYLE TRAINING

When your goals are aligned, training together can be a recipe for success. Working as a group, you are there to push each other through to the final repetition.
Whether you want to train with a friend, family member or colleague, working out in a group is another way to stay accountable during your fitness journey. You will still receive the same attention to detail as a 1-2-1 session, with individual check ins and nutritional guidance, but with the added extra of a friend to lift you up.
ONLINE COACHING
ONLINE COACHING​

Tailored to work around you. You’ve probably got a busy schedule, but you still want the accountability of a coach to help you reach your goals. That’s where online coaching comes in.
Regardless of whether or not you have the time to commit to weekly coaching session, online coaching provides you with the same amount of accountability as face to face coaching, except it’s all accessible through an online platform. This means you can workout when you want and where you want, and check-in with your coach on a weekly basis. You also have the option to meet me from a monthly drop-in where we measure your body composition and have a review of your training.
Note, online coaching is not an easy way out. I will be on top of you, driving you to get results and therefore this means you need to work twice as hard in your training sessions. It requires even more dedication to train as an online client, so I need you grind down and get it done.
