One thing to do in 2026

Once upon a time there was a girl with scoliosis (me) who had the worst back pain EVERRRRRR. She spent hours daily foam rolling and stretching which quite frankly did fuck all. This girl was already training for some years but every time she picked up weights, her back would spasm for rest of the day. This lead her to frustration. Did pregnancy ruined my body?
