Do you look in the mirror and smile ?



Two types of females :


1-

The ‘I’m who I’m and nothing is going to change that. I will just have to accept it. Plus I don’t have time.’ group.


AND


2-

The ‘I will do something about it and love my body or it. I will fight until I get there. Because my body will thank me back. ‘ group.


Which group are you in?

If you are not happy with yourself, think ….

WHAT is it that can you do to fall in love with your body again.

Of course there are a lot of psychological factors to consider however, when it comes to the body…


Most of us are not happy because going to the hairdressers or having nails done is a quick fix. We make ourselves feel better for a week and then..? What can you do to look naked in the mirror and smile?


Just IMAGINE yourself on the beach feeling like one hot cookie that you haven’t felt for years. Vision yourself achieving that level of confidence.

You need to take an action. Start today. Sod of ‘the new year new me’. It never works.


Yes corona might be hitting UK hard but you now realise that you have more time than ever to look after your health? So why not?


You will have to do some self acceptance for a while before you realise that damage that you have done over the past months or even years.


But don’t be afraid. Even if you have to do a bit of emotional eating before your brain registers that this is not the right way forward.


Journey to fitter lifestyle starts within you. Your self acceptance that something is not right is a first step towards healthier and better body.
