CO- WTF ?

Before you start to freak out because you think that you will put the weight on.....hold onto that thought .





It's not end of the world- even though it might seem like it. There is still big chance of you making great progress even though all gyms are shut. HOW? Well because you have more time on your hands! You can actually focus on loosing weight, keeping active an getting your steps in. If you are not working there's high chances that you have more than enough time to fit in 2 workouts a day. YES I said it.

Think about your life before the lockdown...yes it was great and yes we had a lot of things taken away from us however - with all bad there also comes good?

You not have more time.

You can now cook more .

You have time to track your calories.

You can hit your 10,000 steps in.

You an actually focus on your nutrition as well as your workouts .

and YES you can workout twice a day.


Plus you get to spend more time with your loved ones. Okay, maybe more than you want to but still. Appreciate these times. You probably won't get them again. Focus on your goals, focus on your loved ones, exercise, eat well, have routine. Read a book, clean, watch your favourite tv shows.

It isn't that bad after all. It's different that's for sure. But there are still a lot of things you can do keep yourself happy.
