Well how about you not....
My number one accountability trick.... organise your day. This is the first thing on my 'to do list' every single morning.
I plan my week/ day ahead . I like to have my calendar coloured with different things so I know
or at least I feel like ..I'm on top of my game.
As you plan your day , include all little tasks you can think of. Incorporate any kind of exercise, walking, lunch and dinner times as well as washing windows and hoovering .
This works , especially when you don't have much to do .
By making your day look busier , you will also feel more productive . Which then surprise surprise... keeps you more accountable.
If you write things down, or even in your computer your brain is more likely to register it . And therefore remember it.
It's an effort it might even take you 10-15 minutes.
But when it's done , trust me - you will feel like you have started your day right.
After that, it's just the case of you completing your little tasks.
